True Geek

I find myself sitting in a dark room with only the glow of my monitor shining on me. I didn't realize how late it was getting. I must admit though, I do love the ambience of the mood it puts me in. I'm sitting here communicating with my husband and daughter instant messaging. What a wonderful way to communicate.....

Hi Janet,

I saw you post on my blog so I thought I would come and check yours out! You are a much better organized blogger than I - LOL. I have enjoyed reading yours.

At least most of your photos are in albums - my mom had hers in boxes. No dates, no names - nothing. She is only 56 but she can't remember the year or the location of the photos already. What am I saying - I am 36 and I can't remember ten years ago :)

You don't even have to worry about scrapbooking cute and/or fancy pages. The most important thing is to write your memories down - and the who/what/where/when/why for the photos. If you kids have that when you are gone they can figure the rest out for themselves. I read your geek post and because you are geeky you might enjoy computer-based scrapbooking. No paper or glue - just digital. Very fun too :) Check out http://scrapbook-bytes.com/ if you want to see what it is about.

Thanks so much for posting on my blog!!

Sue
